Any evidence that they actually understand how capitalism functions, i.e. that they have read and understand Marx's analysis? Even if so, all it would do is inform them that they are doomed.

they know they are nearly doomed - their only chance is to depopulate the globe - enslave whomever is left standing - no one hits the red button and they churn this machine for another 1000 years.

there is HUGE upside to elite nation states cooperating towards this goal and huge down side to not

this is why it is very much a global plan

No, they are doomed, and depopulating the globe simply gets rid of human labor power, the source of their wealth. Increasingly insufficient surplus value extracted from human workers is why they are doomed. And you think they can evade their fate by getting rid of the humans? :lol:

Your understanding is strictly its terms of technology and physical resources, leaves out completely the BIG problem with the relations of production.
