Ruger BX-25 factory 25rd magazines

If you haven't got some of these for your 10/22 you're missing out.
Much better than butler creek 25 round offerings and feed just as reliably as the factory 10 round mag. The only mag that compares is the tactical innovation steel lipped mag, at twice the price!

I've put over a 1000 rounds thru my match barrelled Ruger without a single failure to feed, mostly standard and high velocity stuff. Sub sonic rounds don't cycle in my rifle with a suppressor fitted, but SV are quiet enough.

Have you had issues with the BC mags? They seem pretty damn good to me, but the Ruger ones are nicer in that you can take them apart to clean/replace parts.

Re: Ruger BX-25 factory 25rd magazines

I borrowed some BC mags from a friend and the new one was OK, but the older one would try to double feed on me or not push the rounds up so there would be the occasional empty chamber that would be solved by a tap 'n' rack. A few people clean BC mags with boiling water and bottle brush, but I want to be able to strip and clean my mags, even though I now have to buy a set of inch allen keys..

When are you lot gonna get the metric system? :geek:
