POp!corn

hi!

i have a really yummy healthy popcorn recipe to share with you. i don't have quantites but just some ideas.

i have been preparing popcorn like this for a long time.

all ingredients are optional

pop the corn
add some Engevita yeast (a nutritional yeast that is a complete protein, containing all 18 amino acids, it is really high in Vitamin B12, and has a very nutty flavor
add some raw apple cider vinegar ( i use omega nutrition certified organic unpasteurized and unfiltered) don't forget to shake it all :D
add some wheat free naturally brewed soy sauce (i use amano tamari)
some himalayan sea salt
some bull kelp, wakame, nori, dulse, sea lettuce (don't check expiry but entiry dates  )

edit to correct spelling Engevita yeast and general definition. also helps with stress

you can add some melted butter too if you want

when you are adding the liquids toss really quickly so popcorn doesn't get too wet. and you don't need much. be careful when adding liquids.

it might take some people a while to like it... but it is good, once your body understands it :D :D
Slow down.... think and live from your heart, that is all that is real

TPTB and MSM and you and i want to have hope... hope is so exhausting. Foster

I said to my soul, be still, and wait without hope
For hope would be hope for the wrong thing; wait without love,
For love would be love of the wrong thing; there is yet faith
But the faith and the love and the hope are all in the waiting.

Re: POp!corn

toss quickly! for a big bowl of popcorn, say, a gallon of popcorn popped, i would likely add total 4 tablespoons vinegary stuff, 2 tablespoons of the yeast if you like it (it helps with stress: b vitamins :D ) and a little bit of salt, and as much butter as you want. i don't usually add melted butter, but i do when we have friends over.
it's yummy

sometimes i add a little bit of balsamic vinegar too. whatever you like.

enJOY!
