Mitt Romney...

.

- So, I thought that he was an empty suit, chosen because he looked like what we imagine a US President should. (Ward Cleaver.) Yes, he came off as a bit of an out-of-touch, rich jerk now and then. But that's pretty much par for the course in high-level politics. I figured he would be just a whitewashed Obama...

- Holy crap was I wrong there! Obama is essentially an ego-inflated kid functioning as a cardboard cut-out for those who like to gut the American middle and working classes for the benefit of the Elite. Mitt Romney is actually a top-level pro at doing it himself!

- If you've been reading this forum or my blog, you know I'm big on free enterprise... But it's assholes like Romney who are the poster children for those who denounce capitalism. He's everything the OWS and Tea Party rightly despise.

- By the way, this video was sponsored by a PAC working for Newt, who is a horrible, horrible son of a bitch himself. And a disgusting hypocrite for boasting about how he wouldn't "go negative" and whining about how his opponents hid behind PACs with their negative ads against him.

We are the hunted.
I said to my soul, be still, and wait without hope
For hope would be hope for the wrong thing; wait without love,
For love would be love of the wrong thing; there is yet faith
But the faith and the love and the hope are all in the waiting.

Looks like a winner to me. I love elections, we all know full well the money is behind both teams, and the house ALWAYS wins!

Poll: Romney lead shrinking in South Carolina
http://www.independentmail.com/news/201 ... -carolina/
The latest poll of South Carolina voters suggests that Mitt Romney’s lead has evaporated, leaving him in what amounts to a statistical tie with Republican rival Newt Gingrich.

An automated survey of 776 likely voters conducted Wednesday by InsiderAdvantage found that 23.1 percent supported Romney, the former Massachusetts governor, and 21.3 percent were backing Gingrich, the former U.S. House speaker. The poll’s margin of error is plus or minus 4 percentage points.

Former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum was in third place with 13.5 percent, closely followed by U.S. Rep. Ron Paul at 13.3 percent, according to the poll, which was commissioned by The Augusta Chronicle and The Savannah Morning News.

The poll also found that former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman had moved into fifth place with 6.7 percent, leapfrogging Texas Gov. Rick Perry, who received the support of 5.2 percent of the voters questioned.

Re: Mitt Romney...

I dunno, I don't think Mitt can win. I think it's more likely that Ron Paul will end up splitting away the more libertarian-minded Republican vote so Obama wins again. I hope not but that's what I think they want to do.
