If Ron Paul Wins Iowa - Doesn't Count - Fox News

http://dailybail.com/home/if-ron-paul-w ... -news.html

wars and big gov are what's for dinner...

our only hope is a massive die off where they go down with the ship.
I said to my soul, be still, and wait without hope
For hope would be hope for the wrong thing; wait without love,
For love would be love of the wrong thing; there is yet faith
But the faith and the love and the hope are all in the waiting.

Wasn't it a few months ago when you were criticizing people here because no one would admit Ron Paul is a corporate shill? (PS: at that point, i said it. :D )

.

- I don't think RP is a shill...

- But I am seeing a possibility that they're going to let him win. Might suit their plans to have Captain Limited Government take the helm just as the engine room floods... Then they can blame the disaster on LACK of (corporate) Government Power over everything.

- Or they can install Gingrich as Red Elephant candidate, insuring Obama's re-election. Which is fine by me, except that it'll make for a nauseatingly BORING election year.

i think RP is a tool - warm and fuzzy tool, but no less a tool

he gives the illusion that there is SOMEONE ...ANYONE in our corner...if he were a threat - he'd be dead now.

ever hear him talk about zionist bankers? or that 911 needs re-investigated? like alex jones (another tool)...walk right up to the line (of zionism), but never cross it.

so 30 years in the "club" and we are right where i said we would be 10 years ago...a police state being slammed into a kill off.

I am with David Icke - have these lieing politicians sign a contract BEFORE the campaign starts - 3 month, 6 month, 1 year, 2 year, 3 year, 4 year - checkups.

if any of their promises are not happening - they and their cronies get the boot.

(here i go again...thinking their is a political fix to the kill off...oh well - hope springs eternal).

CNN went to work on Paul last night, bringing up newsletters sent bearing his name during the '80s and '90s, spouting pretty horrible racist (especially anti-black) and homophobic stuff. He says he read some of them but not in detail, and disavowed the "bad stuff" later. At the minimum, this shows extreme incompetence. Would YOU ever send out stuff bearing your name without reading it?

Being as how you can't string four words together without offending somebody these days, I'd have to see these newsletters for myself. Nine out of ten times, when people start making accusations like this, they're counting on the ACCUSATION to be damning enough, despite the fact that they're seriously blown out of proportion or taken out of context.

You mean stuff like saying gays have an agenda for infecting heterosexuals with AIDS, or that 95% of the residents of Washington DC are black criminals isn't really disgusting and offensive? Paul tried as hard as he could to run away from these comments.

- I only have this second-hand. I'll try to get a look at the actual newsletter, it's relationship to RP, and context when I get the chance.

- Thing is, there is validity to these statements in certain context.

- "Gays" obviously aren't a homogenous group with any unified "agenda". But some gay activists have indeed suggested that it would be 'good' if AIDS spread to more straight people, as that would make curing it a higher priority than it had as a 'gay disease'.

- And about 90% of the population of DC are black, and living on theft-by-proxy. Most of the rest of the DC population are far worse criminals (see Congress, etc.) striving to keep the other 90% (and similar populations across the country and around the world) in their state of theft-dependence so they can be used to scare the productive classes into submission.

- It'd be nice to have someone in the race who doesn't shy away from reality, even when some might find it offensive.
