Last Night he interviewed Jennifer McLagan on her new book of recipies:

The whole time listening to the interview I thought, here is a really smart lady providing a very useful resource for us doomers...
Yes we will eat kidney! Yes to tongue and heart!! Yes to testicle!!
When you kill an animal so that you can eat, the only reason you don't eat all of it is because part of you is still cornucopian... or you have plenty for now.
We will embrace "waste not, want not."
