How bad, is diet soda.

Don't recall the science off-hand, but diet soda is not a good choice either. Best beverages are good water and organic herbal teas. Bottom line is to always consider what you are putting in your body and why. We should be choosing real foods, with nutritional value, and avoiding things that do not contribute to our health or that come from questionable sources.

Hi friend ... Drink water. The diet is full of chemicals and actually makes you gain because it is so full of sodium .. And i personally dont believe on nutrient labels ..

The only carbonated beverage I drink is seltzer. Every winter when lemons and limes are cheap I buy lots of them. I juice them and freeze the juice in ice cube trays. The lemon and lime cubes are stored in my freezer until I need to make a drink.

Take water or seltzer, add a juice cube, add a dash of agave syrup (low glycemic index) and you have a natural soda.

Aspartame was banned by the FDA for years because it is a neuro toxin. Donald Rumsfeld, when he became CEO of GD Searle, got his friend to head the FDA and it was released for sale.

Do not drink diet soda.
