Once he put a lot of information behind a pay wall is when I stopped making him a regular stop.

I hope him and his collapsenet followers will see him through his tough times..

Reminds me of a recurring dream regarding a martial arts instructor with whom my then-wife and i parted in a very strange way (he left for Hawaii and didn't tell any of us). In the dream, as i'm walking, he or someone strongly suggestive of him suddenly comes out of nowhere and launches a series of physical attacks at me, which i manage with great difficulty to repel or evade. He then suddenly stops, tells me this was a lesson and i did well, and that of course i owe him money for the lesson.

i distinctly remember savinar ramping up doom on the heals of global events - i think it helped his sales out.

I listened to the video and thought about it. I had an initial reaction of, kind of, "darn... i felt like he was going to be asking for money. How will I feel about his message if he does, indeed, ask for money. Will it change the way I perceive the message? How am I going to react? I started this thought process when I saw the title of the thread, first, by OldHorseman: "Desperation". Who is desperate, and for what, were my obvious questions. And then I saw it in Breaking News. And then that added some filters, or, perhaps some bias into the way I was going to react to and perceive the message. I decided to trust OldHorseman and just be open and as critical as possible... well,... it really comes down to trusting oneself, doesn't it? You can't trust anyone else more than you can trust yourself. That trust takes an ENORMOUS amount of work.

Having all this in mind, I will give my comments on the video. I believe that he believes his message. That he believes in what he is saying. AND, he is asking for money in order for him to continue in his life in his current state and mindset. He likely believes he needs the cash support in order for him to get the word out. Maybe he set up the way he reports where he has forgone other income opportunities, and maybe he has hired others in order to get his version of the news out to the public.

I am neither agreeing nor disagreeing with his method or practice. His pattern is consistent within a capitalist system. How many of us can perfectly detach ourselves from this system. I think it was a downer, for me, that he felt he had to ask for money. But I will not cast judgement on this. He's trapped just like the rest of us, I suppose. Just my thoughts.

edit to add: it's a different topic. Maybe we can start a thread on dreams. But, from my understanding, it is of particular importance to pay attention to certain aspects and animals and beings in dreams. A male in a dream will be coming forth from you to give you some insight into the animus. The male spirit within all of us. We all have a balance requirement between male and female... and many other things too. Meeting the male in your dream is meeting your animus. Listen to the dude; he is trying to tell you something about yourself. He IS a part of you. This is what somebody told me.
